Water intrusion cased damage to drywall, framing, and custom trim. All damaged materials were removed, and replaced with new materials,  re.finished, re-painted all faux finishes

Complete demo of the existing carpeted steps and wrought iron rails. Steps were replaced with Oak stair treds, oak hand rails, and wrought iron ballisters.

A complete remodel of the entire interior of a 70 year old mobil home. Scope of work included but not limited to: New kitched, new batrhrooms, new plumbing, new flooring, and replacement of rotted trussing and studs.

Replaced old formica counters with custom made butcher blockcountertops. Stained and finished to the clients desired color.

Perlaced all the rotted and damaged t1-11 siding with James Harding siding.

Custom cabinets designed to the clients specifcations and Ideas, then painted int he color or their choice. Client also designed the inside pacement of shelves and cubbies.

Open floor dinning area was enclosed to become an office.

Removed existing tub and replaced with a new tub enclosure and added ship lap the to wall as an accent.

Remove old cabinets and replaced with new, modern cabinets and countertops.
